Collection of Directly Transmitted Data
When you contact us by email, phone, fax, or via a contact form—e.g., in the context of a quick contact, an application, a registration, or a project inquiry—the data you provide (your email address, and if applicable, your name, phone number, pictures, model books, videos, and your message to us) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions or process your request. A transfer of this personal data to third parties will not take place without your specific prior consent.
Processing of Data by AI-Supported Systems
To provide our clients with highly precise and fast talent placement, we use AI-supported analysis and matching technologies on our platform. When you upload pictures, videos, or texts to your profile, we use image recognition software and language models to automatically detect features (e.g., visual attributes, emotions, poses) and store them as search parameters in our database, as well as to structure your profile texts for search queries.
We use specialized service providers for this purpose. These service providers process the data strictly according to our instructions on the basis of data processing agreements (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. We contractually exclude the training of open, generative AI models by these third-party providers using your data.
The processing of this data is based on your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, which you grant upon registration. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. Please note that in this case, your discoverability for specific client inquiries may be limited, as your profile will no longer be captured by our automated AI matching system.
